I was born in Bucharest and grew up in the Balkans, where nothing in the kitchen was wasted. When one carrot was left, it went into the soup. I trained as a chef in New York and Geneva and made Miami my home. Every recipe idea in Fridge Chef AI is guided by my kitchen rules and my stories. I am the heart. AI is the brain.
This week's featured recipe
A sour Balkan vegetable soup that saves the last carrot.
When one carrot is left, it goes into the soup.
